Insurance
The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that they have adequate insurance cover in place for any liability arising under this agreement, including any damage, loss or injury for which they may be held responsible in connection with the hire, delivery, installation, use or collection of equipment supplied by Call of Nature Luxury Loo Hire (“the Company”).

Site Access and Conditions
The Hirer must ensure that suitable, safe and unobstructed access is available for the Company’s delivery and collection vehicles and equipment. Access routes and the designated installation area must be free from overhead obstructions, including trees, branches, hedges, cables and other hazards.

The Hirer is responsible for identifying and notifying the Company of any buried pipes, cables, drainage systems or other concealed services that could be damaged during delivery, positioning, installation, use or removal of the hired toilet facilities and associated equipment.

The Hirer must ensure that the site and access routes are suitable for the weight and size of the Company’s vehicles and equipment, including appropriate ground conditions. The Company accepts no responsibility for damage to concealed services or property arising from inadequate site information or unsuitable access, except to the extent that such damage is caused by the Company’s negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delays and Additional Charges
The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready and accessible at the agreed delivery and collection times. The Company reserves the right to charge for delays, additional labour or additional time incurred as a result of unsuitable site conditions, restricted access, soft or waterlogged ground, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Additional time will be charged at £30.00 per hour. A maximum of one hour on site is included for delivery and one hour on site for collection. Any additional time required may be charged at the stated hourly rate.

Where site conditions or access make delivery, installation or collection unsafe or impracticable, the Company reserves the right to suspend or rearrange the work. Any reasonable additional costs arising from such circumstances may be charged to the Hirer.

Late Collection and Extended Hire
The Hirer must ensure that the hired toilet facilities and associated equipment are available for collection on the agreed collection date and at the agreed time.

If collection is delayed for any reason attributable to the Hirer, or the equipment cannot be collected because the site is inaccessible or unsuitable, the Company reserves the right to charge an additional hire fee of 15% of the quoted daily hire charge per day for each day of delay.

Where the delay or failure to make the equipment available for collection prevents the Company from fulfilling a subsequent booking, the Company reserves the right to charge the full applicable hire rate for the period affected, where reasonably justified. Any additional charges will be applied as appropriate to the circumstances and without double charging for the same loss.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to agree any revised collection arrangements with the Hirer.
